When I think of her, the first word that comes to mind is "bubbly." Of course, there are plenty of others that follow: authentic, altruistic, generous, and funny too, of course. She's Tiffany, a pretty brunette full of energy inseparable from her bangs cut just above her eyes and her yogi body.
Tiffany is one of those people who had the courage to change their lives to realign with who they truly are. Before becoming a naturopath and yoga teacher, she lived a very active Parisian life, working long hours, working weekends fueling coffee, and constantly stressing out for fear of not being up to par. And then there was this period during which she unfortunately suffered from extremely violent stomach aches. Shortly before that, her body had already sounded the alarm: very severe abdominal pain, headaches, tonsillitis, repeated colds, but since she apparently hadn't understood the message, it went harder this time. She then discovered naturopathy, "this new world full of solutions," as she says. She treated herself using natural methods, and her awareness was so great that Tiffany, far from wanting to stop there, actually became a naturopath. She took back the power of her life, reconnected with her body, her mind, her femininity, and worked on the wound of abandonment that prevented her from living fully.
And so, she became...Tiffany. The real one. The one and only. The powerful and radiant woman I know today, creator and actress of her life, and mother of two children. And after all this journey, she decided to bring together in a book co-written with her naturopathy teacher, Flora, all that she had stored up in theory, life experiences, experience and convictions. This book is called "Change your life, shine." And it's a gem!
The one whose eyes break free from the fringe that borders them to pierce you in a few seconds. The one who persists and signs to say that "everything begins within us, with listening to our own needs and that we must free ourselves from the gaze of others to become ourselves. The one whose heart melts and will always melt at the sight of a brand new little human being, and even more so if it is attached to its mother's breast. The one whose house is a sweet home, a constantly open door, a refuge, for so many others. Tiffany, the passionate, the loving, the personified generosity, the most enveloping of naturopaths, agreed to go behind the microphone of ENVOL.
Together, we talked about the moment her body told her to stop and her life turned upside down, about "Wonder Women in sabotage," the law of attraction, the importance of detaching yourself from the gaze of others and learning to tame your brain, but also about cherishing the present moment. We also talked about what it means to spread your wings as a woman when fame is part of everyday life, and about joy and love, as the key to everything. And then, we laughed and we breathed.
Let's go! With Tiffany today, we're blowing your wings.
So listen carefully. Deploy them. And fly!
